Seniors — Join instructors Brei Heal and Heidi Kaufman, have fun, and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.  Insanity — Join instructor John Hartman for Insanity LIVE, the hottest cardio conditioning workout around. Get ready to dig deep and push past your limits, completing a series of explosive, dynamic drills to get you in the best shape of your life! It’s athletic, challenging, and results-driven! $20/5 Classes, $30/10 classes, $50/20 Classes, or $5 Daily Drop-In. Classes held at the City Activity Centre on Mon. and Wed. from 7–8 p.m.


2017–2018 Women's Volleyball League

Session One begins Mon., Sept., 25, 2017

All games played at the Bellevue Community Center Monday evenings on a rotating schedule at 6:30, 7:20, or 8:10.

 $90 Session One Entry Fee and Team Name due by Fri., Sept. 8. Payable to the Bellevue Rec. Dept. in one lump sum by cash or check. FORFEIT UNTIL PAID IN FULL

$70 Session One Referee Fee and Final Roster are also due by Fri. Sept. 8. Payable to the Bellevue Rec. Club in one lump sum by cash or check. FORFEIT UNTIL PAID IN FULL

Player fee: Each player/sub is responsible for a $3 daily admission at check-in each game night. (Player fee is waived for Annual Center Members.)

 Session fees cover certified referee, gym maintenance, and equipment usage.

Session two will begin January 2018



Students, age 7 and older, will learn the fundamentals of martial arts including blockingand striking techniques, abduction prevention, training exercises, traditional Kata, sparring, board breaking, joint locks, karate history and more. Classes meet on Monday and/or Wednesday at the Bellevue Community Center.

Youth Class meets 5–6 p.m.      Adult class 6–7:30 p.m.
Monthly rates: one day per week $25,     two days a week $40.
