Amenities: Kitchen with sink and counter space, refrigerator/freezer, temperature control
Restrooms: access to separate men's and women's restrooms
Cost: Bellevue Residents: $30 per hour or $150 a day; Non-Residents: $35 per hour or $175 a day.
Capacity: 90 people with tables and chairs. Tables, chairs, and set-up included in rental fee. 6’ rectangle tables.
Alcohol Permit: $50. Permits required 30 days in advance, subject to board approval. Canned beverages only. Not allowable during public business hours.
*NOTE Oven will not be turned on unless you pay the $100 Non-refundable fee.

Open Air Shelter Size: 20' x 40' outdoor open-air shelter
Restrooms: Located in bath house.
Amenities: Electric available upon request. Pool with spray features, basketball hoop. Fishing pond and playground within walking distance.
Shelter Capacity: 8 six-foot picnic tables
